Eileen Hogan

Eileen has a B.A. in music from Trinity College Dublin and an M.A. in musicology from Jacobs School of Music. She started learning piano at a young age. At Trinity, she had a very old-school training in music, writing fugues and analysing Beethoven. She also gained experience with vocal ensembles debuting new works by composition students, and directed the music department chamber choir. During her masters in Bloomington, Eileen enjoyed playing with the IU Brazilian Percussion Ensemble, and also played bass drum locally and on tour with the Jefferson St. Parade Band. She has lots of experience with kids, having working in early education and childcare.

She is taking on students in piano and beginner drums!
